Privacy notice

Synet Compass jobs (jobs.synetcareer.com) is run by Synet Consulting Ltd ("we"). This notice explains what we collect when you use this site, sign up for emails or buy the 30-Day Sponsorship Job Pass.

What we collect

Your email address when you sign up for free weekly picks. If you buy the Pass: your email, the career field you choose and payment details, which are handled by Stripe (we never see your card number). We use a personal link so you can open your job page; it is tied to your email.

What we use it for

Free list: to send weekly job picks and occasional offers from Synet Compass, such as Job Pass discounts. We rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email. Pass: to give you access to your job page and send the weekly job email, a reminder before your Pass ends and an end-of-Pass message. We rely on our contract with you.

Who processes it for us

Resend (our email list and all our emails), Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting the site and your Pass page) and Airtable (our customer list). They act on our instructions. We don't sell your data.

How long we keep it

Free list: until you unsubscribe. If you never confirm your email, we delete the signup within 7 days. Pass records: for as long as we need them for our accounts and tax records, normally six years after your purchase.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, by emailing cs@synetconsulting.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Cookies

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser remembers whether you've already signed up so we don't show you the signup form again; that stays on your device.
